After being shut down for selling narcotics, a Oak Park, Ill.-based corner store is transforming into a dental office, according to OakPark.com.
Here are four highlights:
1. Chicago-based Destiny Dental Care will occupy the building.
2. The dental office will span 2,100 square feet after the remodeling is complete, including installing new windows and removing asbestos tiles.
3. Destiny Dental estimates the office will be open to the public in the first quarter of 2019.
4. Destiny Dental has 22 locations across the Midwest.
