On July 14, a shooting occurred outside of Westminster, Colo.-based Comfort Dental, leaving one person dead, according to The Washington Post.
The police have the shooter in custody and charged him with first degree murder. It appears the shooting resulted from road range, resulting in four victims being shot. The shooters' motive is unclear.
The boy who died was in the car with his brother and mother. A fourth victim was found, unrelated to the family. Two of the victims remain in critical condition. Comfort Dental went under lockdown during the indecent. A nearby witness said he heard at least seven gunshots.
The shooter first escaped the scene but was caught by police a few hours later driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla.
