Investment firm The Zabel Companies has purchased Prospect Heights, Ill.-based Golden Ceramic Dental Lab.
GCDL is a full-service dental laboratory specializing in dental implants, removables, crowns and bridges, orthodontics, digital dentures, clear aligners and sleep solutions, according to an Oct. 23 news release.
Global asset management firm Barings served as lead agent, sole lender and minority equity investor to provide financing support to The Zabel Companies for the acquisition.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
