10 dental technology updates from August

From an antitrust lawsuit settlement to new clear aligner standards, here are 10 dental technology updates that Becker's reported on during August:

1. Invisalign manufacturer Align Technology agreed to pay $27.5 million to settle allegations that it participated in anticompetitive conduct that drove up the prices of SmileDirectClub aligners.

2. Franklin, Ind.-based G&H Orthodontics released updates to its Tune clear aligner system, giving orthodontists more control over treatment plans.
