The Niceville (Fla.) City County unanimously voted to end the use of fluoride in its water supply, according to a Jan. 21 report from Northwest Florida Daily News.
The current fluoride levels in the city's water supply are currently below the state's recommendation.
David Deitch, the city's manager, said that removing fluoride from the water supply would be as simple as turning the machines off.
There are now no municipalities in Okaloosa County with a fluoridated water supply, the report said.
Multiple other cities in the state have recently voted to remove fluoride, including Melbourne, Palm Bay and Tavares, Fla.
