DCA recently held its New Office Managers Summit from August 28-30, celebrating the leadership and impact of office managers across the organization. With the inspiring theme "In My Leadership Era," the event highlighted the pivotal role these individuals play in driving the success of their offices and DCA.

Throughout the summit, office managers gained valuable insights on how their leadership inspires team members, enhances office productivity, and helps propel the organization toward its strategic goals.

One of the most memorable moments of the summit was the Build-a-Bike team-building activity, where groups worked together to assemble bicycles that were later donated to children at the event. This heartwarming experience showcased the generosity and community spirit that office managers bring to their roles every day.

The Summit left Office Managers equipped with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to lead more effectively, fostering a collaborative and supportive network that will continue to drive success in their practices and across DCA!
