General dentists, prosthodontists and orthodontists were included on Stacker's list of the 50 highest-paying jobs in the U.S.
The list, which was published July 22, uses wage estimates from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The data from the federal agency was updated in April 2024.
Here are the three dental professions that made the list, with each job's ranking out of 50, mean annual and hourly wage, and total employment.
