Eight dental schools received more than $10 million in federal funding from the National Institutes of Health in 2022, according to the Blue Ridge Institute for Biomedical Research.

3. University of Southern California (Los Angeles): $19.091 million
4. University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia): $15.955 million
5. New York University (New York City): $14.570 million
6. University of Florida (Gainesville): $13.928 million
7. University Texas Health Science Center San Antonio: $11.258 million
8. University of California Los Angeles: $10.569 million
