A recent Delta Dental survey questioned what aspects of an adult's life affect their confidence. Participants were surveyed about their oral health, relationships, earning optional and skin care.

1. More than half of the participants, 53 percent, said their smile bears on their overall success.
2. Additionally, 70 percent said their smile can make or break a first impression.
3. The survey also unveiled 67 percent of Americans view their oral health as the key reason behind confidence, beating out clear skin and overall health.
