A building housing a Heartland Dental-supported practice in Blue Springs, Mo., was recently sold, REjournals reported March 6.
The 4,200-square-foot building was completed in 2024, and currently houses Dental Care on 7.
The building was bought by a private 1031 exchange buyer from California.
Although the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the sale was part of a two-property transaction totaling more than $5 million.
