Henry Schein pledged $100,000 in dental care and cash donations over the next five years to the Foundation for Endodontics in support of the foundation's outreach trips.
Here are three highlights:
1. Henry Schein will donate $8,000 in healthcare products, including endodontic motors, files and filling materials, and $12,000 in cash every year through 2021.
2. The Foundation for Endodontics' outreach program treats endodontic needs of people living in underprivileged communities in Jamaica.
3. In three previous outreach trips, endodontists, endodontic residents and dental students treated more than 1,200 patents and performed over 100 root canals.
